Dnyaneshwar Pachundkar Patil
With over two decades of entrepreneurial excellence, Mr. Dnyaneshwar Pachundkar Patil is the visionary force behind the Rajmudra Group. Beginning his journey with Rajmudra Tours & Travels, he has steadily expanded the organisation into a robust conglomerate of six diversified companies. Under his leadership, the Group has established a strong presence across sectors including transportation, green energy, eco friendly products, and other emerging industries. His forward thinking approach, commitment to innovation, and people centric leadership continue to drive the Rajmudra Group toward sustainable growth and long term value creation.
Gautam Kumar
Mr. Gautam Kumar is a BE Marine Engineer and ‘Design and Innovation’ award winning alumni from BITS (Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani). He was working as Project Heads of Keppel FELS Offshore & Marine, after which he embarked on an entrepreneurial journey in waste to energy sector with establishing one of the first tyre pyrolysis plant in the region and thus becoming one of the pioneers in Pyrolysis industry in Maharashtra (India).
Pankaj Ojha
A dynamic business leader with 20+ years of proven success, Pankaj Ojha has driven transformative growth for BFSI & real estate brands including CITI Group, Lodha, Panchshil, SPR and Solitaire. He is known for scaling sales exponentially, building high performance teams, and leading landmark launches. As Founder of LaunchPad, he has guided multiple industries toward accelerated growth. He also champions sustainability as Director & Shareholder in green energy enterprises focused on innovative waste to fuel technologies. Within the Rajmudra Group of Companies, Mr. Ojha brings his deep expertise in business strategy, brand building, and organisational excellence to strengthen the Group’s long term vision. His strategic mindset, growth driven thinking, and passion for building high performance organisations makes him a key contributor to Rajmudra Group’s next phase of evolution.
