Mr. Kushal Dev Rathi :

A Self Made Entrepreneur who proudly carries a total experience of 10 years in the Port Folio of Sales & Marketing.

After spending his first few years in a Multi National Network Marketing Company, He switched over to the corporate world of Banking & Insurance Industry.

There, he worked with big brands like Standard Chartered Bank, Bank Of Punjab Ltd., Max New York Life Insurance Company & also with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company.

& now, for the last 4 years, He is working for himself as A Real Estate professional in various parts of North India & Maharashtra.

He holds an expertise in Leasing of Commercial properties as well as Sale Purchase of Agricultural land & Farm Houses.

Mr. Rahul Jain :

Mr. Jain is a professionally qualified Engineer who holds a M.B.A., he has over 15 years’ hands-on experience, with blue chip companies such as TATA MOTORS and as a serial entrepreneur. He also has a wide range of experience in diverse industries and products, specializing in Sales & Marketing and ranging from training, systems, insurance and manufacturing, to setting up distribution and retail channels.

He has successfully worked in various roles, as a corporate employee, entrepreneur, independent business associate and senior management.  He has successfully built up a direct sales team of over 10,000 people across India from every walk of life.

He started his career working with TATAMOTORS. From 1995 to 1998 he Conceptualized and executed a Greenfield business operation, as an entrepreneur, around security systems and CCTV products at a time when these devices were unknown and the market was unreceptive. He effectively set up the entire infrastructure for the company from scratch, Developed marketing and business strategy for establishing the brand and the product line followed up by an expansion drive establishing a distribution network over Western India.

In his next endeavor (1998-2003) he personally built up the largest sales network of over 10,000 people pan India from scratch in a direct marketing organization. He attained the second highest level in the company in a very short span of time, with a personal turnover of 80 Crore, with Japan Life, a premiere direct marketing company in India. During his tenure he contributed substantially (operationally and strategically) to the growth of the turn-over from Rs. 59 Crore in the year 1998-1999 to Rs. 380 Crore in the year 2002-2003 and the number of Distributors rose from 8000 to over 1,20,000 operating across India (urban and rural) during the same period.

He then went on to create a Business Coaching firm ( 2004-2010) where he and his team coached CEO’s & MD’s of companies helping them to re-engineer their business in such a way that their business could run on auto-pilot and double their profits over a period of 6-8 months.

He joined Elevations and Creations as a Managing Director. Elevations and Creations business benefits from Mr. Jain’s commercial skills. He is an excellent leader with very strong interpersonal skills. His incisive brain and business skills recognize strong talent which can be applied to a wide sector sometimes not apparent in the usual search process.
